Postfeeds is operated by Peak Clix LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, how we store it, and how you can delete it — including data we access from social platforms you connect, such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Threads.

1. Who we are

Postfeeds is a social media scheduling and publishing tool operated by Peak Clix LLC. For any privacy question or request, contact us at privacy@postfeeds.com.

2. Information we collect

Account information. Your name, email address, and authentication credentials when you create a Postfeeds account.
Connected platform data. When you connect a social account, we receive an authorization (access and refresh tokens) and, depending on the permissions you grant, basic profile information (such as your display name, avatar, and account ID) and the ability to upload or publish content on your behalf.
Content you create. Posts, captions, media, and schedules you compose in Postfeeds.
Usage data. Log and device data needed to operate and secure the service.

3. How we use TikTok data

When you connect a TikTok account, we use the access granted solely to provide features you request — for example, displaying your connected profile, and uploading or publishing videos and photos you explicitly choose to post. We request only the scopes required for these features (such as basic profile access and content publishing). We do not sell TikTok data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for their own purposes. Our use of information received from TikTok adheres to the TikTok Developer Terms, including applicable limited-use requirements.

4. How we store and protect your data

Platform access tokens are stored encrypted and used only to perform actions you initiate.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.

5. Disconnecting an account & deleting your data

You are in control of your data:

Disconnect a platform. Disconnecting a social account in Postfeeds immediately revokes the stored authorization with that platform and deletes the associated tokens.
Delete your account. You may request deletion of your Postfeeds account and associated data at any time by emailing privacy@postfeeds.com. We will delete your data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations.
You can also revoke Postfeeds's access directly from your TikTok account settings under connected/authorized apps.

6. Sharing & subprocessors

We share data only with service providers that help us operate the platform (for example, hosting and infrastructure), under contracts that require them to protect it, and with social platforms strictly to carry out the actions you request.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these, contact privacy@postfeeds.com.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
