1. The service

Postfeeds lets you connect social media accounts, compose content once, schedule it, and publish across connected platforms from a single dashboard.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be old enough to use each connected platform under its own terms.

3. Connected platforms

When you connect a third-party platform (such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, or Threads), you authorize Postfeedsto act on your behalf for the features you use. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies, and you are responsible for complying with them — including their content, music, advertising, and disclosure rules.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the service (for example, to publish it to the platforms you choose). You represent that you have the rights necessary to post the content you submit.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use Postfeeds for unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service or its APIs.
• Do not violate the terms of any connected platform.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that posts will publish without interruption, as third-party platforms may change or restrict their APIs at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peak Clix LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Postfeeds.

8. Termination

You may stop using Postfeeds at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You can request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
